For those homeowners who had not paid their 2020 dues as of April 19, we posted reminders on the doors of the homes or mailed the reminder to them if the homeowner does not reside in the home. Additionally, we called homeowners for whom the Association has telephone numbers on file. With that being done, we still have some homeowners who have not paid their 2020 dues. In accordance with the Ascot Dues Policy, those homeowners who have not paid by May 1 are assessed a $50.00 late fee and interest until the payment is made, and this amount will be added to your balance due. If you pay after May 1, your payment should include the addition of the $50.00 late fee and interest. You may send an email through our website to obtain the interest due.
