The Board of Directors wishes all homeowners and their families a safe and joyous holiday season.  We had a couple of holiday events take place in December: (1) the Annual Christmas Decorating Contest and (2) the Annual Neighborhood Christmas Caroling. These events were discussed in a flyer distributed this month. The Christmas Caroling provided a joyous announcement of the holiday season, and helped to bring neighbors together. Thank you to all who participated. The Annual Christmas Decorating Contest was held. With many homes showing their Christmas Spirit, judging was tough this year. The results of the judging are as follows: (1) 3938 Preakness; (2) 4050 Preakness; (3) 11029 Gold Cup; (Honorable Mention) 11023 Jockey Club; and (Honorable Mention) 11039 Gold Cup. Everyone really did a great job!
