A Special Meeting of the Ascot Homeowners Association was held on January 26, 2020, to vote on an increase in annual dues from $60.00 to $85.00 which would be effective for calendar year 2020. The increase in the amount assessed would be reflected on the 2020 invoice. As required by the Ascot restrictions, we had a quorum of the association membership through proxy and attendance at the meeting and were able to conduct the business of voting. Based on the results of the vote, the increase in dues passed. Please note that your 2020 dues invoice reflects the change in dues assessed.
