The homeowners in Ascot approved of the proposed amendments made to the Act of Restrictions that were provided by the Board of Directors to all homeowners earlier this year.  As such, the Second Amendment to the Ascot Restrictions and as well as the Ascot Bylaws were filed with the Clerk of Court and the Parish of East Baton Rouge.  These documents are located on this website.
