About Your Ascot HOA

HOA Board Members – 2024

The Ascot Homeowners Association (AHOA or HOA) exists to unify property owners and residents in maintaining a dignified neighborhood. The HOA is governed by resident volunteers, elected to HOA Board positions.

The primary roles of the HOA Board are to collect HOA dues from property owners, manage these funds to maintain certain aspects of the subdivision, and communicate information deemed valuable to all residents.

For questions about our neighborhood, specifically concerns relative to community safety and issues affecting the community at large, please contact a Board member from the following list.  Please contact Board members through the contact form located on the “Contact” page of this website.  If you would like to contact a Board member directly, please see the directory for phone numbers and email addresses.

Architectural Committee

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) exists to protect the interests of all property owners relative to residents undertaking property modifications which can impact home values and Ascot community living standards.

Contact the ACC BEFORE contracting for or beginning do-it-yourself projects including, but not limited to, fences, home additions, detached structures (i.e., storage sheds or garages), enclosures and similar physical improvements.

It is strongly suggested that you contact the ACC before doing any work to confirm you will not have any HOA issues in your endeavors. The ACC cannot provide information on City or Parish building codes or similar governing entities.

Ascot Book Club

Ascot subdivision has a book club. Members of the book club get together once per month during the day to discuss the current book being read and socialize. It is a great way to get together with other residents and read some great books! If you are interested in joining the book club, you may contact Linda Wilson. Please see the directory for her contact information.

Yard of the Month Committee

Yards in the neighborhood are judged by the committee each month.  A yard is not eligible to win again within 12 months of previously receiving the award.  A sign is placed in the yard of the winner.  If anyone is interested in joining this group, please contact Lois Cook (organizer) using the Contact Form on our website or send an email to board@ascothoa.org. Please click on the document below for the guidelines.
