It is almost Spring. Everyone likes to spruce up or make changes to their home at this time of the year. Please keep in mind that this is a neighborhood with restrictions. Changes to your home, including painting and fencing, require you to obtain approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and the Board. There are restrictions for many types of things associated with your home, including but not limited to, the height/type of your fence and the types of materials that can be used on your home (such as siding) and many others. Changes you make can affect your neighbor and the neighborhood as a whole. The restrictions are meant to maintain the value of your home and those of your neighbors.
